For independent advisory firms

Nothing slips through the cracks.

Larkmere connects the systems your firm already uses and gives your team a short, ranked list each week of what needs attention, and why. Your service team supports more clients without another hire.

Now talking with independent firms in New Jersey.

Your custodian, CRM and planning data flow into one picture of each family, which becomes your Monday briefing. YOUR SYSTEMS CUSTODIAN CRM PLANNING One picture of each family CHECKED WEEKLY Monday briefing 6:15 AM EVERY MONDAY

The problem

Your tools each do their job. Things slip through the gaps between them.

Under ⅓

of advisors say data flows automatically between their main systems.

Kitces AdvisorTech Study, 2025

45%

of an advisor's working time goes to prep, analysis and keeping an eye on accounts, versus about 20% with clients.

How it works

A week with Larkmere.

Keep the tools you already use. We do the setup and the work, and there's no new software for your team to learn. Scroll to follow one week.

Friday evening

Your reports arrive.

Your team uploads a few standard exports from your custodian and CRM, about ten minutes a week, through a secure upload. We check every file first: totals must match your custodian to the penny. We never ask for passwords.

Overnight

Every household gets checked.

Your data comes together into one picture of each family, and every check runs on tested rules built from official sources. Anything unclear is flagged for you, never guessed.

Monday, 6:15 AM

Your briefing is ready.

A short, ranked list of what needs attention and why, split by advisor and grouped by action. Every number shows its source.

During the week

Your team clears it.

Assign, act and check things off. You decide what to do. We never contact your clients, move money or place trades.

Then it starts again on Friday.

What we catch

The things that cost clients money when they're missed.

01

Required withdrawals not taken

IRAs and workplace plans, with every IRS rule and exception checked.

02

Cash sitting above target

Money that the plan assumes is invested, sitting idle.

03

Portfolios drifted off target

Accounts outside the range the client agreed to.

04

Missing or outdated beneficiaries

Including after a divorce or a death recorded in your CRM.

05

Stuck or rejected transfers

Before the client notices their money is in limbo.

06

Overdue review meetings

Measured against the service your firm promises.

07

Follow-ups that went quiet

Tasks handed off with no activity since.

08

Big money movements

Large deposits, withdrawals and requests to move an account to another firm.

Our commitments

Built to be right, and to show its work.

Tested rules, not AI guesses

Every check runs on tested code built from official IRS and industry sources. Your client data never goes to an AI.

Every number shows its source

Each item links to the data and the rule behind it, so you and your compliance team can check anything.

You decide

We flag. Nothing goes to your clients, and we never move money or place trades.

We say when we're unsure

Missing or unclear data is marked "needs your input," with the reason. We never guess.

Only the data we need

Never Social Security numbers, full account numbers or passwords. Each firm's data is encrypted and kept separate.

Accountable

Notice within 72 hours of any incident involving your data, and a monthly report of our accuracy.

Help shape what we build

We're early, and we're building Larkmere around how independent firms actually work. If you run or work at one, we'd be grateful for 20 minutes of your time, in person or by phone.

About

Who we are

Larkmere Analytics was started by Jack Mowrey, a student at Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business in South Orange, New Jersey, where he studies finance, entrepreneurship and wealth management, together with a co-founder who builds software and dashboards for small businesses.

We started by listening. Before building anything, we've been talking with advisors about how the work behind the scenes really gets done, and where it breaks. Larkmere is built around what they told us.
